Now is the perfect time to buy! Interest rate are low, and it is a “Buyer’s Market”! A “Buyer’s Market” means that there are more houses being sold than there are people to buy them. This creates a large inventory of homes being sold, and gives the Buyer a wider selection of properties to choose from. Just like the economic principal of supply and demand. When demand is high the inventory of a product is lower, creating a price increase. When the demand for a product is low the inventory of that product increase, thus increasing the supply of it and lowering the price.

The Federal government is causing the interest rates to be at a historical low. This makes NOW the perfect time for first time home buyers, and those looking to upgrade their current housing.
